Materials and surfaces
Steel wire (dimensions in accordance with DIN 177). We preferentially use D6-2 quality. Stainless steels are also utilised. The protection grilles are delivered ready to fit, with the desired surface finish in zinc, nickel, chromium or polymer coated. An example of enhanced corrosion protection: Surface galvanised and yellow chromated, followed by polyester coating.
Fabrication utilities
We work with special wire processing machines, CNC wire bending automatons and spot weld units with up to 400 kVA output. Tools and special equipment are manufactured in our own Production Technology Department.
Safety, economy and the environment
These factors can be optimally combined with steel wire ventilator protection grilles. The wires enable tight spacing (in accordance with DIN 31001) and at the same time allow the largest possible open section for high air throughput. Round wires are always well percolated by the air and in their function as supporting struts generate less noise in comparison to sharp stall points. Steel can be recycled.

Models
Protection grilles with pure protection function or with additional supporting function for the ventilator motor. Protection grille with flat or basket-shaped design. For the design of concentric steel wire rings we can utilise our extensive experience and optimum fabrication facilities. Special designs with unusual shapes are also possible.
Dimensions
External diameters of 200 mm up to 1500 mm are available for round protective grilles.
Wire diameters of 2.0 mm up to 9.0 mm for rings.
Wire diameters of 3.0 mm up to 12.0 mm for the struts.

Quality
Fabrication is in accordance with the high demands occasionally placed on welds through oscillating loads. The emphasis of our fabrication is on high quality. In particular, ventilator protection grilles with load bearing functions, i.e. supporting the motor and the ventilator blades, require the fabrication quality provided by us. The component group is centered in the intake ring by the grille. The higher the fabrication quality, the smaller the clearance between the ventilator blades and the side of the intake ring can be designed. Smaller clearances mean higher efficiency.
